Successfully concluded a substantial case last week for a cyclist badly injured at a roundabout in Southampton by a DVD van driver who failed to give way . Client in his 40's was transferred from Portsmouth to Southampton because of the complexity of his fracture.  Liabilty fully admitted although the insurers needed considerable pressure before they buckled.
