I recently joined LBC to discuss Cambridge’s 15mph cycling speed limit and what it could mean for cyclists and pedestrians.
As a solicitor who represents cyclists injured on the road, I’m used to seeing cyclists as the vulnerable road user. But when we share space with pedestrians, that responsibility shifts. I spoke to LBC about the hierarchy of road users, pedestrian safety and whether cycling speed limits are the right approach.
