We have celebrated several wins for cyclists at Cycle Legal in recent months,

a settlement for a lady's broken foot from a lorry turning left (ltl) after a long running denial ;

a 25% win close to a liability only trial for a client who was accused by a witness of going on to the pedestrian refuge while crossing a junction;

a mighty win on a severe brain injury case a week from a two day High Court trial where we went from a blank denial for 3 years , expert engineering evidence to look at bus cctv , a 75/25 offer in our favour, a 90/10 offer a month from trial and then eventually , they completely folded. Exhausting but so rewarding to win it for the client who, like so many head injured cyclists, cannot recall the accident.
