After 5 years of litigation , we settled a case at the court door on Monday . My client, a secondary school teacher , could not pursue his hobby of football refereeing and our case was that he may have gone on to do this professionally. A particular outrage was that the defendants raised dishonesty without any basis whatsover. Because there have been cases where dishonest claimants have lost and had to pay the defendants' legal costs, the opposition are trying it on where they have no evidence for it in our opinion. This case is not the only one where we have experienced this.A great win for a completely honest cyclist with a lifelong knee injury.
